Stuck in a cycle of low moods, feeling unsure in your decisions, disconnected in your relationships and overrun by uncertainty. If only you could start your day clear-headed, focused and excited.

Instead, it all begins with self-doubt.

You’re no longer excited or achieving what you dream of, instead, you feel overrun by anxious thoughts, procrastination, flatness and stress.

There’s a battle going on inside you, a war of competing forces being waged.

The escape routes we look for when we are not ourselves come in all manner of forms.

From purchasing yet another self-help bestseller, subscribing to endless podcasts promising transformation or wrapping all your hopes and expectations into the next romantic partner, those wild nights out or the much-needed weekends away.

Whilst on occasions our escape routes work, the high-note soon wears off and happiness has now become dependent on things outside of ourselves.

There is a way to stop running, pushing, and hiding from everything. It's time to sit down and truly commit to looking at the one person who holds all the answers: YOU!

You often feel you don’t have the headspace to deal with all the unknowns and so you numb out, withdraw, or lose all sense of perspective.

You have a mind which works fast and furiously and that’s great when it’s working for you

But when it isn’t, your inner critic is way too loud, and you constantly find yourself paralysed by what’s the right or wrong thing to do.

On more days than nought, you act like it’s all ok. Like life is fine and you’re in control but life has never felt more out of control.

As an individual, you know logically life isn’t supposed to feel like this. All you want is to regain your feistiness and feel inspired, so you can feel confident and well. 

 
 

It’s time to stop escaping

And this is where I step in.. The individuals I collaborate with often encounter burnout, anxious behaviours or just can’t seem to make headway in their dreams. They may have previously undergone CBT, counselling, or psychotherapy and may have a list of healing modalities they’ve tried as long as their arm..

They recognise the road they’re currently on as potentially another downward spiral, a place of “here we go again” or “why do I always end up in this place”.
