That being said, building a consistent, inspiring and powerful practice of gratitude boils down to much more than buying a journal and writing down the 3 things we feel most grateful for every day.

The art and practice of gratitude is a soulful, heart journey where we activate the felt sense not the mind sense. It is through the combination of our feeling and our thinking that we elevate into coherence within ourselves and our experience.

Over the course of 15 days, you’ll receive daily emails with:

  1. Powerful journal prompts on which to reflect and challenge your existing thought patterns and

    behaviours

  2. Sacred rituals to access and celebrate the wonder of self-gratitude

  3. Practical challenges to level-up your experience and relationships with others by sharing your gratitude

  4. On day 15 you’ll receive an invitation to an optional and free 30 minute call with Amanda to talk through your experience and identify what might be next for you on your gratitude journey and to talk through any new ideas for action it’s evoking within you.
