Overview: 11 hours of work over 2-3 months

STEP 1: Exploring Your Fundamental Challenge (1 hour): Our first session is predominantly a talking session. It’s all about deepening our connection around your challenge. This isn't just scratching the surface; it's a full-on deep dive to unveil to me what's been holding you back. I’ll bring all the questions, all you need to do is bring your willingness to be curious and explore.

STEP 2: Intention & Breathwork (1 hour, same week or as schedules allow): Our second session is about getting your intention clear and that means outlining the steps to setting your intention energetically. Many healers will assume you know how to dive deep into intention but not many will explain or show you what that looks like in terms of energy healing. Intention is everything and so let’s help you to fully embody yours. I’ll also show you ways to work with your breath that en hence the sessions we’ll have and amplify your intention.

STEP 3: Shamanic Illuminations (3 sessions, 1.5 hours each & approx 1 week apart): Time to shine a light on your soul! These illuminations are like spotlights, helping you unravel and release blockages that no longer serve you, clearing out the old gunk energetically in the physical, emotional and mental spaces to then infuse you with new fresh light. These are healing sessions with a little bit of talk at the beginning and end.

STEP 4: Soul Retrieval (1 session of 2.5 hours, 1 week later or as schedules allow): This is the big one and what we’ve been working towards. I’ll journey deep to retrieve lost parts of your essence and bring them back to you. It's like reclaiming missing puzzle pieces of your soul, restoring wholeness and vitality.

STEP 5: Integration & Grounding (1 hour session, same week or as schedules allow): Now that we've installed your new soul parts into your energetic field and your chakra system, it's time to bring it all together. This is where the magic really happens! We blend ancient wisdom with modern coaching techniques to ground your transformation in the here and now. This session helps you to make sense of the process and action your newfound insights into your everyday life, making that inner transformation stick.

STEP 6: Aftercare Session (1 hour session, a month later): We're not saying goodbye just yet! This session ensures you're equipped with the tools and support to navigate your newfound energy landscape and is a fabulous opportunity to check in on how you’re doing and what’s next for you.
